As a certified hater, you have a sense of humor. When you’re surrounded by absurdity everywhere you look, you have to. You know that common sense isn’t all that common so when people start to share how ridiculous they can be, you just scratch your head and crack your jokes. It’s a way for you to cope.
But just because you love to crack some jokes and poke a little fun, that doesn’t mean you’re out here being mean for the sake of being mean. That isn’t who you are. Yes, you’re a hater, but what you hate on are the most important things to hate. Things like injustice, prejudice, and racism.
This business and the concept it’s founded on started with a joke. A shared moment between two people who were cracking up over the innate ridiculousness of the premise. But in between the cackles and the laughs we saw a speck of inspiration.
We saw something that could, maybe, possibly work and so we figured “Why not? What do we have to lose by trying? Even if the business doesn’t gain traction, at the very least we’ll learn a thing or two.”
