Greeting Cards
If you purchase a pack of greeting cards and you aren’t satisfied with the quality of the cards, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your cards. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Mugs, T-Shirts, Hats, & Other Apparel
When you place an order for a mug, a t-shirt, a hat, or any other kind of apparel, your order is fulfilled by Printful. Printful is a leading provider of print-on-demand services for businesses offering custom merchandise and apparel.
Printful processes all orders in-house as opposed to partnering with local service providers. This allows them to provide its customers with consistently high quality products because a single set of rigorous, quality control standards are being applied in each of their 13 global facilities. Therefore, we fully expect you to be satisfied with the overall quality of your purchase.
With that said, we know that that no process is perfect and mistakes can happen. When they do, you can rely on the policies listed below as a guide to what you can expect when you have to make a return.
Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a misprinted/damaged/defective item we will work to make it right by facilitating an exchange. As our customer, you will have up to 30 days after receiving the product to submit a Claim for a misprinted/damaged/defective item. After submitting your Claim and returning the misprinted/damaged/defective item, we will review the Claim and if the Claim is deemed to be an error on our part, we will cover it at our expense.
Return Shipping
If you have to return an item for being misprinted/damaged/defective, you are liable for the cost of return shipping. With that said, we recognize it isn’t your fault if your order arrives misprinted/damaged/defective and it is inconvenient having to initiate a return in the first place. When your claim is deemed to be an error on our part, we will provide you with a $5 in-store credit to offset the shipping cost in addition to covering the full cost of sending you a replacement.
Incorrectly Ordered Items
Here at Certified-Haters.com, we want you to get exactly what you ordered. To help achieve that goal, we make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, while entertaining, are also accurate. Furthermore, when you checkout, you are encouraged to double check your order details for accuracy. We do not provide returns, refunds, or exchanges in the case that you’ve ordered an item incorrectly. This includes, for example, ordering the wrong item, the wrong size, the wrong color, or the wrong style.
Shipping Issues: Your Order Failed to Deliver
When you make a purchase at Certified-Haters.com, it is essential that you enter your shipping details correctly to avoid delays or otherwise prevent delivery of your purchase. Again, we want you to get exactly what you ordered, so it is crucial that you ensure the details of your shipping address are correct.
Wrong Address
If you’ve entered an address that the courier deems insufficient, then your purchase will be returned to us. Should this occur, you will receive a notification that your purchase has been returned for being un-deliverable. If you want your purchase re-shipped to you, you are liable for the cost of shipping and you will need to update your shipping address.
Unclaimed Items
If your purchase goes unclaimed, the courier will return your purchase to us and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment (if and as applicable). This would happen, for example, if you aren’t home and the courier leaves a note saying they attempted delivery and that you can pick it up at one of their nearby locations. If you never claim your package, it will be returned to us.
Shipping Issues: Your Order Was Lost in Transit
If you’ve been tracking your order and you aren’t seeing any progress in the tracker, it’s possible that your purchase was lost in transit. If that happens, send us an email to orders@certified-haters.com. We will investigate the matter and if it is determined that your product was lost in transit, then we will work to find a solution at no cost to you.
